Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Process Manager for Bank Operations to optimize efficiency using Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and process redesign. You will map current-state operations, design optimized workflows, and drive measurable improvements in risk and customer experience.

You will collaborate across process, product, technology, and operations teams in a hybrid setting with multi-location opportunities.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of Process Management experience.
At least 1 year of Data Analysis experience.
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.

Responsibilities

Operational Readiness: Define operating models for new initiatives and drive readiness decisions.
Process Mapping & Design: Create end-to-end maps and future-state workflows.
Methodology Application: Apply Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile to improve processes.
Transition & Governance: Establish control metrics and transition changes into production.
Data Collection & Trend Analysis: Extract and measure data to identify trends and risks.
Cross-Functional Partnering: Represent Bank Operations in change control forums and teams.
Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and implement controls for compliance and resilience.
Executive Delivery & Training: Present data-driven insights to leadership and train stakeholders.
