Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in Process Management.
• 1+ year of Data Analysis experience.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Office or G Suite experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, BPM, or PM certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operational Readiness: define operating models for new initiatives.
• Process Mapping & Design: create end-to-end maps and future-state workflows.
• Methodology Application: apply Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile.
• Transition & Governance: establish control metrics and governance.
• Data Collection & Trend Analysis: analyze data to identify risks and gaps.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: conduct root-cause analyses.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: collaborate with multiple teams on changes.
• Risk Mitigation: identify risks and implement controls.
• Executive Delivery & Training: present insights to leadership and train staff.
