Job summary

Capital One is seeking a meticulous Principal Associate, Process Management to lead our Content Marketing publishing workflow across Learn & Grow and Discover's Card Smarts hubs. This hybrid role partners with Content Strategy and Marketing to keep publishing efficient and aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate will translate long-term goals into actionable plans, drive process improvements, and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of Process Management or Project Management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day article publishing across Capital One and Discover content hubs.
• Partner with Content Marketing teammates to plan operational updates and tool integrations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvements.
• Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure our processes meet risk and compliance standards and governance.
• Manage a fluid publishing model, monitoring capacity and priorities.
• Act as primary contact across teams to keep projects on track.
