Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred.
• Six Sigma, Lean, Internal COF BPM or PMP Certification(s) preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
• 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management Experience.
• Experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to create efficiencies in processes.

Responsibilities

• Support a well managed agenda through individual performance and critical thinking.
• Support and drive positive outcomes for audits/exams, risk assessments, PLA, business continuity, control evaluation and testing.
• Partner with risk management, event management and compliance teams to contain breakdowns and remediate them.
• Make recommendations and drive outcomes that mitigate risks while preserving business value.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions and alignment.
• Support strategic programs for strengthen process foundations, including L2 Process: Manage External Affiliate Marketing.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Risk Managers, Audit, Legal, Compliance to connect dots and drive outcomes.
• Develop expertise in formal and informal controls, ensure operations are effective and drive improvements.
