Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Process Management for the Performance Marketing and Analytics function in the US Card space. You will lead a team responsible for process level assessments, risk management, audits, controls testing, change management and documentation while partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance and external partners.

The role blends strategic design with actionable roadmaps, requiring data-driven judgment and strong communication to senior leaders.

Qualifications

5+ years of project/process management experience.
3+ years of people management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred.
Six Sigma/Lean or PMP certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and roadmap for Well Managed agenda.
Lead a team of process managers across audits, risk assessments and controls.
Partner with risk, compliance and legal teams to contain and remediate issues.
Support acquisitions teams focusing on search engine and social media marketing.
Build relationships with stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
Create persuasive presentations for executive discussions.
Design and implement strategic programs to strengthen processes.
Collaborate with risk managers, audit and legal to amplify outcomes.
Gather insights from data sources to inform priorities.
