Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management.
• Lean or Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processes to ensure it is followed correctly by the business.
• Identify process risks and elevate to manager if controls are not working as planned.
• Write process maps, procedures, or other artifacts and maintain and update documentation for new and existing processes.
• Draft, test and revise work instructions, gain relevant approvals and ensure regular reviews take place.
• Collect, analyze and measure process data to initiate sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives; participate on cross-functional project teams.
• Develop project plans to execute process development and re-engineering.
• Communicate updates with internal customers on new or existing processes; provide training to users on process updates or rollouts.
