• Process Mapping & Design: create end-to-end maps and flow diagrams to document current-state operations.
• Methodology Application: apply Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile to reduce waste and improve customer experience.
• Transition & Governance: establish control metrics and partner with leaders to transition changes into production.
• Data Collection & Trend Analysis: extract and analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Risk Mitigation: identify gaps to ensure compliance and resilience.
• Executive Delivery & Training: synthesize data into clear presentations for leadership and train stakeholders.
