Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Define operating models for new initiatives and drive readiness decisions.
Develop end-to-end process maps and design optimized workflows.
Apply Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile to identify bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
Establish control metrics and transition changes into production.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and risks.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues and support business cases.
Represent Bank Operations in change control forums and project teams.
Identify risks early and ensure compliance and operational resilience.
Translate data and process changes into executive-ready presentations and trainings.
