Job summary

Truist Financial seeks a Process Lead to design, develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve a portfolio of processes supporting major strategic changes. The role involves thought leadership, cross‑functional collaboration with executive leadership, and driving change initiatives across technology, risk, and lines of business.

You will analyze data, define optimization opportunities, and mentor teams in BPM and Six Sigma, with responsibility for governance plans and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt; Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Masters or higher certifications (Black Belt/Master Black Belt/PMI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high‑impact/complex cross‑functional projects to improve processes and governance.
• Process Design: design and modify process strategy to support business goals.
• Process Development: construct process workflows for deployment into production.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve cycle times, quality, throughput and cost.
• Process Implementation: manage rollout of changes into production.
• Process Management & Control: measure and monitor ROI and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive measurable improvements and ensure savings are realized.
• Provide reporting to regulatory bodies and audits as needed.
• Coach teams in Six Sigma and related tools across the enterprise.
• Educate in Business Process Management and related applications.
