Truist Financial seeks a Process Lead to design, develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve a portfolio of processes supporting major strategic changes. Responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance & control, as well as continuous improvement of a portfolio of processes. The Process Lead is responsible for developing, evaluating, and executing a portfolio of optimization projects that will support major strategic changes within the organization.
In this position, the person will provide thought leadership and facilitate complex and comprehensive cross‑functional initiatives consistent with Truists objectives. The person is responsible for the execution of corresponding business process quality control plans and change initiatives. Additionally, this individual will interface with executive leadership and senior operations process and production leaders, as well as key business partners within technology, risk, lines of business, etc., to help shape process strategies for assigned services and operationalize changes.
In this position, the person must be able to work at the strategic level (defining optimization opportunities) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, and working with teams for implementation).
If a member of the Process Center or Excellence, then the individual in this role may also mentor and instruct teammates across the enterprise in the application of Business Process Management and associated tools or applications.
