Job summary

Truist seeks an Operational Excellence Leader within Enterprise Fraud Management to streamline processes and drive speed and quality while managing costs. The role collaborates with operational leaders to deliver results and maintain excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, developing metrics, and guiding cross-functional teams through change management while leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• SME in respective area within EFM.
• Eight (8) years' experience managing large operational functions; preferably in fraud.
• Exceptional documentation and process management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience with front end reporting tools such as Tableau, Sisense, or equivalent
• Ability to translate leadership vision into executable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the UCC, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z and other rules as required.
• Ability to deliver results with cross functional teams.
• Ability to influence others at all levels without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy new initiatives and execute on complex operational processes.
• Recommend procedures, establish and modify documents, and coordinate compliant procedures.
• Maintain procedure inventory.
• Advise management on operational adjustments due to regulatory or vendor changes.
• Lead special projects, research, and analysis.
• Develop key performance metrics.
• Contribute to operational strategy discussions.
• Respond to issues and reprioritize based on business demands.
• Evaluate situations, identify gaps, and propose controls to achieve objectives.
• Lead changes through formal change management processes.
• Leverage data to drive informed decisions.
• Challenge stakeholders constructively.
