Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Day to day oversight of multiple business processes; monitor, report, and plan process improvements.
• Collect, analyze and measure process data for leadership reporting.
• Resolve complex problems or transactions and involve stakeholders to correct breakdowns.
• Maintain formal process documents and create project reports, business cases, and diagrams.
• Collaborate on larger initiatives and participate in cross-functional project teams.
• Provide training to internal customers on specific processes and may deliver executive-level presentations.
• May perform processes or parts of processes as needed.
