Job summary

Capital One in Houston, TX is seeking a Principal Associate Process Manager on the PULSE Product Governance team. You will champion operational excellence, ensure pristine Jira data quality, translate portfolio metrics into insightful reporting, and craft monthly decks for senior leadership.

You'll collaborate with Product, Technology and Intent Owners in a fast-paced Agile environment to drive flawless project execution and lead cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience.
• At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience.
• Experience creating presentation decks for executive leadership is preferred.
• Familiar with Agile environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Jira Data Quality across programs, user stories, and tasks.
• Build dynamic reporting and dashboards to show work visibility and capacity.
• Lead monthly executive decks by synthesizing data from Jira and Google Drive.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends.
• Partner with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to drive improvements.
