Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvement and BPM initiatives across ISTS, designing, standardizing, improving and governing processes with Lean Six Sigma and agentic workflows.

You will partner with IT, platform, security, risk and operations teams to deliver measurable capacity gains, reduce risk, and establish SOPs, KPIs and governance artifacts. 40 hours weekly, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis and change management.
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio or Mural.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize and execute high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction and risk avoidance.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable and embedded in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain improvement backlog and governance artifacts.
