Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvement and BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will design, standardize, and govern processes to reduce friction and increase capacity.

You will partner with technology towers, risk and compliance stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver measurable gains, ensure sustainable improvements, and embed changes into day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, cost reductions, and risk avoidance with metrics.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and documented with SOPs and KPIs.
• Maintain improvement backlog and governance artifacts; update process maps.
