Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will design, standardize, and govern processes using Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and agentic workflows, partnering with risk, security, and compliance stakeholders to reduce friction and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years of experience establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework (process inventory, documentation, governance).
• 2+ years of experience using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve cross-functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized measurements.
