Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead advanced wastewater treatment design and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate with national experts, contribute to proposals, and help deliver high-impact projects across the US East region.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years in water/wastewater, and strong communication with clients and teams. Hybrid work model with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Requires a civil/environmental engineering degree and a PE license.
• At least 8 years designing wastewater treatment systems.
• Strong leadership, writing and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex wastewater treatment designs and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with national experts and regional PMs on projects.
• Develop process approaches for proposals and capital plans.
• Contribute to technical reviews and QA/QC of calculations and drawings.
