GHD is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead advanced wastewater treatment projects across the United States. You will collaborate with national experts, translate complex engineering concepts into practical solutions, and mentor junior staff while helping win proposals.

The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, PE license, and 8+ years of experience in wastewater design; strong communication, client focus, and business development skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Professional Engineer license required.
Minimum 8 years of wastewater treatment design experience.

Responsibilities

Execute advanced process designs for municipal and industrial wastewater facilities.
Collaborate with national experts to implement innovative wastewater treatment technologies.
Mentor junior process engineers to ensure project quality and growth.
Assist with technical proposals and craft process approaches for projects.
Conduct complex process modeling and QA/QC of design deliverables.
Lead client workshops to evaluate process options and capital improvements.
