Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in process development, conceptual and detailed design for municipal and industrial water/wastewater markets.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering leadership for industrial water and wastewater facility design, including process evaluation and optimization.
• Oversee preparation of engineering reports, drawings, specifications (PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, calculations).
• Perform process systems and hydraulics modeling and scenario studies.
• Mentor entry and mid-level engineers to develop their skills.
• Coordinate multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
• Support business development and client proposals.
