Job summary

Kiewit is hiring Lead Process Engineers to drive the technical development, design integration, and execution of industrial water/wastewater projects across North America. You will serve as the process discipline lead on pursuits and projects, guiding treatment process selection and coordinating with multi-discipline teams.

This senior role requires 10+ years in process engineering within design-build/EPC environments, willingness for up to 25% travel, and a track record of delivering safe,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar discipline.
10+ years of experience in process development, conceptual and detailed design in industrial markets.
Experience leading process design on water/wastewater facilities.
PE registration preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and lead design-build/EPC projects.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and engineering leadership for industrial facility design and process evaluation.
Oversee engineering reports, PFDs, P&IDs, and process simulations.
Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
Support business development and client relationships.
