Job summary
Kiewit is hiring Lead Process Engineers to drive technical development, design integration, and execution of EPC projects in North America across renewable fuels, mining/minerals, semiconductor and process industries. You will lead process discipline on pursuits and projects, guiding treatment process selection and equipment sizing.
This role requires 10+ years in relevant markets, a passion for design-build/EPC, and ability to mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 10 years in process development and design in industrial markets.
- Experience leading design on water/wastewater facilities and green technologies preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for industrial facility design, evaluating treatment processes and costs.
- Lead preparation of reports, drawings, specifications including PFDs and P&IDs.
- Model process systems and hydraulics; perform scenario studies.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute design and engineering.
- Support business development and client proposals.
