Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar discipline is required.
• 10+ years' experience in process development and detailed design in industrial markets.
• 5+ years managing an engineering and design team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and engineering leadership for industrial facility design including treatment process evaluation, process selection, and optimization.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations including hydraulics and equipment sizing.
• Perform process systems and hydraulics modeling and scenario studies.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet budget and schedule.
• Interface with clients and partner engineers to support project development and client relations.
