Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to design and improve manufacturing processes in ISO operations. You will lead safety initiatives, enhance product quality, and drive cost efficiency across multiple sites with travel as needed.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 5+ years of leadership experience, and proficiency in SPC, DOE, PFMEA, and Lean Six Sigma. A collaborative, coaching mindset and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, TPM, PFMEA, and Lean/Six-Sigma methods.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of engineers.
• Experience with MOC, PHAs and HAZOPs.
• Experience with OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance.
• Strong MS Office skills and MT/Minitab usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality KPIs and process reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams to improve yields and efficiency.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with QA.
• Standardize processes and reduce variation across lines.
• Support new product introductions and material qualification.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and material usage improvements.
