Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the ISO Process Engineering Team, directing design, development and implementation of new or improved processes. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency initiatives, working across multiple facilities and traveling as needed to support ISO networks.

The role demands strong leadership, deep problem-solving skills, and expertise in regulatory standards and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver cost-effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years engineering or plant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, TPM, PFMEA and Lean/Six-Sigma.
• Knowledge of MOC, PHAs, and HAZOPs; regulatory compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering Team, set goals, budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing leaders to hit safety, quality and production targets.
• Oversee projects for new or modified processes from development to commissioning.
• Ensure launch readiness via the New Product Process and robust process control plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective change management.
• Support New Product Development and value stream initiatives.
• Investigate critical quality issues and interface with Quality on corrective actions.
