Johns Manville, a leading insulation and roofing materials manufacturer, seeks a Sr. Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across nine facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

The role involves optimizing fiberization, driving cost efficiency, and guiding cross-functional teams in CAPEX and process improvements. The position offers hybrid work options, with 25–35% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• Experience with complex multi-physics systems.

Responsabilités

• Support 9 Insulation Systems Facilities.
• Maintain fiberizer operation within parameters for stable, safe and best overall JM cost position.
• Master engineering discipline and fiberization system knowledge in tradeoffs and reducing process variation.
• Provide periodic training and development of process engineers/techs/operators.
• Monitor KPI trends and work with division product management on CTQ items.
• Identify and implement division productivity opportunities.
• Support CAPEX implementation as SME and work with controls engineering on instrumentation.
• Lead monthly calls with division process leads.
• Perform plant visits/audits and report issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with R&D Process Technology on regulating disc drill patterns and alloy quality.
