Job summary

Johns Manville is seeking a Process Engineer II to lead technical efforts for a major asset, driving output, material usage and energy efficiency to meet product specifications. You will implement data collection, auditing, and preventive maintenance while applying Lean, RCA, and Six Sigma principles across the site in Edison, NJ.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 3+ years in industrial continuous manufacturing and a track record of process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or relevant technical field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements and solving complex data problems.
• Experience with DOE for process improvement and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous analysis to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
• Develop standard control processes and operating procedures.
• Support Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot and solve problems until resolved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency and quality.
• Lead projects and steer initiatives to meet milestones and objectives.
