Johns Manville is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across nine insulation facilities and 26 production lines.

The role focuses on maintaining stable, safe operations, and optimizing plant performance with a strong emphasis on fiberization processes. You will lead KPI reviews, coordinate with division product management, and drive capital projects while mentoring engineers and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• Experience working with complex, multi-physics systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across nine facilities for fiberization processes.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to maintain stable, safe operation and cost position.
• Lead CAPEX implementation as SME and work with controls engineering on instrumentation.
• Monitor KPI trends and report CTQ items to division leadership.
• Perform regular plant visits, audits, and issue remediation with plant teams.
• Support production and quality issues and collaborate with R&D on process improvements.
