Job summary

Johns Manville Corp. is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across nine facilities, ensuring safe, stable, and cost-efficient fiberization operations. The role supports CAPEX projects, drives productivity, and collaborates with R&D and controls teams.

You will mentor plant engineers and technicians, monitor KPIs, and travel 25–35% to sites as required. Hybrid work options draw from plant environments and HQ guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• Experience with complex, multi-physics systems.
• Strong knowledge of fiberization manufacturing processes.
• Six Sigma/DOE/statistical analysis background.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across nine facilities with 26 production lines.
• Maintain stable, safe, and efficient fiberization operations.
• Identify and implement productivity opportunities and CAPEX projects.
• Lead training and development of process engineers and technicians.
• Monitor KPI trends and CTQ items; report actionable issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with R&D and Controls Engineering on improvements.
• Lead monthly calls with division process leads; travel as needed.
