Johns Manville in the United States is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across nine insulation facilities. You will drive KPI monitoring, CAPEX projects, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and plant teams to optimize fiberization processes.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong Six Sigma/DOE skills. Hybrid work from home up to two days per week, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related tech field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• Experience with complex multi-physics systems.

Responsabilités

• Support 9 Insulation Systems Facilities and monitor KPI trends/CTQ items.
• Lead CAPEX implementation as SME and collaborate with controls engineering.
• Develop and mentor process engineers/technicians for growth and capability.
