Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• Experience working with complex, multi-physics systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across nine manufacturing facilities to ensure safe, stable operations and cost competitiveness.
• Lead KPI/CTQ alignment and drive process improvements with plant leadership.
• Support CAPEX implementation as division SME and collaborate with controls engineering.
• Collaborate with R&D Process Technology on process improvements and hardware designs.
• Perform regular plant visits/audits and report issues for corrective action.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians and operators.
