Johns Manville is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership across nine insulation facilities and 26 production lines. You will ensure stable operations, drive improvements, and align with division and corporate priorities.

You will master fiberization systems and apply Six Sigma, DOE, and data analytics to reduce costs, improve quality, and support capital projects. Hybrid work is available with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience.
• Experience with complex, multi-physics systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across nine facilities and 26 production lines.
• Maintain fiberizer operation within parameters for stable costs.
• Apply engineering discipline to balance tradeoffs and reduce variation.
• Train and develop process engineers, techs and operators.
• Monitor KPI trends and support CTQ items with product management.
• Identify and implement division productivity opportunities.
• Lead CAPEX implementations as SME and coordinate with controls engineering.
• Lead monthly calls with division process leads.
• Perform plant visits/audits and report issues for corrective action.
• Assist with production and quality issues as needed.
• Collaborate with R&D on material and hardware improvements.
• Coordinate with Tucson on fiberization spares supply.
• Update division leadership on key metrics.
