Job summary

Johns Manville is hiring a Division Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering efforts across the Insulation System unit and multiple plants. You will oversee capital programs, guide project scope, budgeting and scheduling, and coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and R&D to achieve business goals.

You will mentor engineers, drive improvements, and ensure safe, compliant operations while working with a high-performing team. Travel up to 50% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering roles (project, process, or plant).
• 5+ years capital project management experience across lifecycle.
• Experience managing capital projects $5M+ with varying complexity.
• Strong leadership, comms, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to the division's plants and teams.
• Lead capital programs with multi-year asset planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and R&D to meet objectives.
• Mentor and develop engineers; ensure safety and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance.
