Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8–12 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 5–7 years, or PhD with 2–4 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products or design changes into manufacturing.
• Use statistical methods to identify process variables, investigate issues, and optimize processes for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Ops, Pilot, Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality to support NPI transfer and scale-up.
• Plan, manage, and prioritize tasks; provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design and process requirements (FMEA, specs, validation plans, DS) and commercialization strategies.
