Job summary
Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Process Development Engineer to lead technical projects in product and process development and to provide expertise on how design impacts device performance.
The role is within the Applicator Process Development team, which owns the new device introduction to high-volume manufacturing and improves safety and reliability across facilities. The candidate will collaborate with R&D, QA, and site teams to transfer processes, define requirements, and drive timely
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required with substantial related experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to organize and lead teams.
- Experience in study design, data analysis, and statistical interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and optimize new manufacturing processes and test methods for products in CER and lab environments.
- Define technical requirements for scaled production (applicator, transmitter, wearable) and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and site personnel to meet objectives with minimal oversight.
- Train test lab associates, plant operators, and engineers on methods and results analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product/process development and manufacturing issues.
