Job summary

Truist is seeking a Problem Management Automation and Reliability Engineering Senior Technology Operations Consultant. You will reduce toil by automating recurring tasks, write scripts, and build dashboards to visualize failure patterns and action status.

In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with Problem, Incident, and Major Incident Management, using SRE principles to shorten incident-to-root cause cycles and improve data quality in problem records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in technology operations or related roles.
• Strong automation, scripting, and incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology operations for assigned areas with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, standards, and governance patterns to reduce risk.
• Lead initiatives by designing and implementing technology solutions and improvements.
