Air Charter Service in Chicago seeks an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to manage the full travel and sales cycle, delivering seamless charter experiences for clients. This is a non-entry-level role requiring established expertise in private jet chartering and the ability to close charter business.

The role focuses on building client relationships, sourcing aircraft, and negotiating competitive charter solutions while representing ACS at events and meetings globally.

Qualifications

• Previous private jet chartering experience is required.
• Strong understanding of the private aviation charter market.
• Extensive aircraft and route knowledge.
• Proven track record of securing and managing charter bookings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Experience negotiating charter solutions and managing trips from enquiry through completion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused, ambitious and commercially driven.
• Highly motivated with a desire to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients and industry contacts.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales outreach and networking.
• Manage private jet charter enquiries from initial contact through to flight completion.
• Source suitable aircraft and negotiate charter solutions for clients.
• Prepare charter quotations, secure bookings and maximize revenue.
• Advise clients on aircraft, routes and charter options using market knowledge.
• Collaborate with operators and suppliers for seamless flight execution and service.
• Monitor live trips and oversee operational requirements for a successful experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Represent Air Charter Service at industry events and client meetings.
