Job summary

Menska Recruitment is seeking a Senior Charter Broker in the US office to manage end-to-end charter bookings and expand client relationships. You will handle quoting, contracts, trip sheets, and operational support, while coordinating with operators and service providers to deliver seamless service.

In this role, you will build a robust pipeline of private charter clients, ensure post-flight closeout and accurate invoicing, and participate in client meetings and events.

Salary: Negotiable fixed/basic, uncapped commission + full benefits

Our client is a long-established global charter provider with over three decades of experience, supporting VIP, entertainment, sports, and government clients across the US and Europe.

The role:

As a Senior Charter Broker in the US office, you’ll manage end-to-end charter bookings, grow client relationships, and play a key role in the office’s expansion.
