Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Privacy Compliance to help mature our global privacy program.

You will report to the Head of Privacy Regulatory Compliance and partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate regulations into practical, scalable frameworks. You will manage privacy risk assessments, DSR programs, and tooling, stay ahead of evolving CCPA/GDPR obligations, and advise on privacy-by-design for AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-house or law firm privacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR).
• Experience building or maturing privacy programs.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy risk assessments and governance for CCPA/DP regs.
• Oversee global DSR compliance across US and worldwide.
• Improve privacy compliance tooling and automation.
• Advise on privacy-by-design and data minimization.
• Translate regulations into scalable playbooks and training.
• Monitor regulatory landscape for AI privacy laws.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Eng, and Business teams.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on data usage.
