Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Assistant General Counsel to lead the Enterprise Privacy Compliance function within our privacy team.

You will set the strategy and manage global privacy programs, including DSR fulfillment, privacy risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring across the US and internationally. You will lead a team of two attorneys and two privacy program managers, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Compliance to ensure legally sound and technically workable privacy

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in at least one US state.
• 10+ years in privacy compliance, in-house or private practice.
• Experience leading and developing a team of attorneys and managers.
• Experience in privacy diligence for M&A and integrating data assets.
• Strong knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, GDPR, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of two corporate counsels and two privacy program managers.
• Own strategy and execution of enterprise privacy compliance across US and international.
• Oversee data subject rights, DPIAs, and privacy workflows.
• Lead privacy diligence for M&A and strategic transactions.
• Manage third-party/privacy risk assessment process with procurement.
• Collaborate with engineering and product on data flows and architecture.
• Advise senior leadership and regulatory bodies on privacy risks.
