Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in New York is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Privacy Compliance to mature our global privacy program and advise on the responsible use of data across product and engineering teams.

You will partner with Legal, Product, and Security to implement scalable privacy processes, assess regulatory risk, and translate complex requirements into practical policies and training for stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house and/or at a law firm).
• JD and membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar.
• Strong working knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws and familiarity with international frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage privacy risk assessments and governance including DPIA/PIA programs.
• Oversee DSR compliance across US and global jurisdictions (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR).
• Improve privacy compliance tooling and automation for PIAs and DSRs.
• Advise on privacy-by-design principles for new technologies.
• Act as privacy SME to cross-functional teams with actionable guidance.
• Translate regulations into scalable policies, playbooks, and training.
• Monitor regulatory developments, including AI privacy laws, and update programs.
• Build strong relationships across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
