Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of privacy compliance experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience leading a team of attorneys and program managers.
• Proven track record in privacy diligence for M&A and strategic transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and GDPR.
• JD and active US State Bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of two corporate counsel and two privacy program managers.
• Own the strategy and execution of Intuit’s privacy compliance program, including DSR fulfillment and risk assessments.
• Lead privacy diligence for M&A and other strategic transactions.
• Own third-party/vendor privacy risk assessment process and collaborate with Procurement, Security, and Legal teams.
• Partner with Internal Audit and Compliance to manage risk.
• Translate evolving regulations into scalable frameworks, playbooks, and training.
• Collaborate with engineering and product on data flows and technical trade-offs.
• Drive automation of privacy tooling (PIA workflows, DSR systems, data mapping).
• Represent the Privacy Compliance function to senior leadership and regulators.
