Job summary

Alternative HR, LLC is seeking a Senior Print & Mail Customer Service Rep to manage client accounts and coordinate print and mailing projects from order through completion. You will serve as the primary contact, coordinate schedules with production teams, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate orders, quotes, proofs, and approvals.
• Review job specifications and ensure accurate work orders.
• Coordinate with data processing, printing, production, mailing, and accounting teams.
• Monitor job progress, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Understand print specifications, finishing, variable data, and direct-mail workflows.
• Coordinate mailing requirements, quantities, and postage details.
• Ensure completed jobs are reviewed and submitted for billing promptly.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow projects through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information.
