Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; four years’ experience in Print and Promotional industry.
• Experience managing complex print, direct mail, and fulfillment programs.
• Strong vendor sourcing, data entry, and customer communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated service support to sales associates and clients, including order intake and issue resolution.
• Manage complex print, direct mail, and fulfillment programs for a large retail client.
• Coordinate kitting, assembly, and distribution projects with multiple vendors and destinations.
• Track orders from production to delivery and ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate order status, ETA, and inventory updates to stakeholders.
