Job summary

Mittera is seeking a Senior Client Services Specialist to manage complex customer accounts and print projects from order entry to invoicing. You will serve as the primary link among customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate specifications, schedules and successful project delivery.

Required are extensive experience in customer service and account management within printing/manufacturing, strong communication, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer service, account management or project management in printing/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, estimating, scheduling and shipping.
• Ability to manage many active jobs across multiple accounts with accuracy and detail.
• Able to translate customer requirements into complete production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and projects from initial request through invoicing and follow-up.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customers and internal teams.
• Review orders, artwork, data, and schedules for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain job tickets, production instructions, schedules, and estimates.
