Job summary

PMG is seeking a Senior Principal in Workforce Management Transformation in Dallas, TX to lead the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent workforce capabilities across the organization.

You will partner with Resource Management, Customer Operations, and leadership to forecast, prioritize, and fulfill work at scale, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Transformation, Workforce Management, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and fulfillment methodologies.
• Experience defining requirements and partnering with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of PMG's future Workforce Management capabilities.
• Architect end-to-end workforce management infrastructure and governance.
• Develop executive dashboards and data visualization capabilities for leadership insights.
• Define product vision and strategic roadmap for PMG’s Workforce Management ecosystem.
• Lead evolution of Resource Management App into an intelligent, work-demand-centric platform.
