Job summary

A leading workforce management firm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Technology Workforce Strategy. This role is focused on executing large-scale workforce transformations, working closely with executive leaders to coach them through reorganizational changes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workforce strategy, program management, and the Microsoft Suite, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Contract duration is 6 months with potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce management and organizational restructuring.
• Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including formulas and queries.
• Experience in partnering with executive leadership in a large-scale organization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of workforce transformation.
• Drive meetings with executive leaders and capture meeting notes.
• Coach executive leaders on best practices for organizational alignment.
