Job description

Partners Professional is currently seeking experienced Workforce Transformation Managers for a contract role in Atlanta (Perimeter area). The selected candidate will be the coordinator of our customer’s transformation efforts in business and AI-driven changes in association with Human Resources. This role will be leading discovery, facilitating stakeholder meetings and orchestrating cross‑functional alignment, e.g. organizational design, learning pathways, role impact analysis, etc.

This contract will end in Dec. 2026 but may be extended beyond that timeframe. It is scheduled Monday through Thursday weekly for 32 hours. The role will be hybrid, and there will be days when the work will require the manager to be in their corporate location in the North Atlanta/Ga. 400 corridor. There will not be overnight travel nor accommodations and reimbursement. You must live within driving distance of their corporate location.

Responsibilities
  • Lead intake and discovery conversations with HRBPs and business leaders to define scope, key questions, and priorities.
  • Coordinate across HRBPs, COEs, and PMO to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive execution.
  • Translate AI and business transformation into role, work, and workforce implications.
  • Facilitate working sessions and leadership discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Support org design and operating model efforts (roles, decision rights, handoffs) and deliver artifacts when needed.
  • Partner with Learning to define enablement strategies (training, manager toolkits, reinforcement).
  • Develop prototype dashboards, tools, and templates; partner with analytics/HR tech teams to scale.
  • Create executive‑ready materials that clearly connect business strategy to workforce actions.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in human resources, leading projects in workforce transformation, org design, workforce planning, change management, or related areas.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Presentation experience and group communication skills are preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, reports, and dashboards to make informed decisions.
  • Experience supporting AI‑driven transformations and adoption efforts.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to create scalable HR assets.
  • Must be within a comfortable commuting distance to their offices.
