Job summary

PMG seeks a Senior Principal in Workforce Management Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping how work is prioritized, planned, and fulfilled. You will architect scalable processes, define governance, and drive data-driven insights across the organization to enable informed, strategic decision-making.

This role emphasizes automation, AI-assisted capabilities, and a shift from people-centric allocation to intelligent work orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of PMG's future Workforce Management capabilities, developing scalable processes, systems, and frameworks that support intelligent work planning and fulfillment.
• Architect end-to-end workforce management infrastructure, including business processes, governance models, operating rhythms, service models, standard operating procedures, and workforce management methodologies.
• Establish reporting frameworks, data standards, and governance practices that ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable workforce insights across the organization.
• Develop executive dashboards and data visualization capabilities that provide business leaders with the right workforce insights at the right time to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate and optimize the Work Demand Request process, improving how customer and business needs are captured, prioritized, and translated into actionable fulfillment strategies.
• Develop standardized work taxonomies, fulfillment methodologies, and inventories of skills, capabilities, AI agents, automations, and reusable delivery assets.
• Design decision-making frameworks that determine the optimal combination of people, AI, automation, and technology required to efficiently fulfill work.
• Leverage operational data, historical performance, and emerging technologies to continuously improve workforce planning, fulfillment recommendations, and operational efficiency.
• Define the product vision, business requirements, and strategic roadmap for PMG's Workforce Management technology ecosystem.
• Lead the evolution of PMG's Resource Management App from a people-centric allocation tool into an intelligent, work demand-centric Workforce Management platform.
• Identify opportunities to integrate workflow automation, AI-assisted management capabilities, and agentic workflows into workforce management processes and systems.
• Partner with Resource Management, Customer Operations, Impact Operations, and cross-functional leadership to align transformation initiatives with business priorities and operational needs.
• Develop and execute implementation roadmaps, change management strategies, and adoption plans that successfully introduce new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
• Establish performance metrics and capability maturity frameworks to measure transformation progress, operational effectiveness, and long‑term business impact.
• Support operational continuity during key phases of transformation, balancing the implementation of future capabilities with current business needs.
