Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, is seeking a Senior Principal Quality Engineer to join the Customer Quality team within the Engine Control Systems business unit. You will drive customer satisfaction, product quality, and continuous improvement, interfacing with global supply chain and executives.

You will lead quality assurance processes, develop and implement quality strategy, and communicate changes to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience unless advanced degree. US citizenship required.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• RCCA/problem-solving using 8D or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and communicate to supply chain.
• Lead quality assurance plans and process improvements.
• Oversee RCCA investigations and CAPA activities.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and executives.
• Travel 10–20% as needed for audits and reviews.
