Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace Peabody facility seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee end-to-end QA for turbine jet engine hardware. You will ensure documentation accuracy from receipt to shipment with NADCAP and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of inspectors, drive continuous improvement, coordinate audits, and support the Quality Manager in ensuring product quality and supplier quality across 55+ partners.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Prior quality experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team of Return to Service inspectors.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and customer requirements by maintaining certifications and preventing audit findings.
• Provides daily quality support to the shop floor and resolves production-impacting quality issues.
• Supports internal audits and coordinates Quality Clinic, RCCA Boards, CAB, quality metrics, calibration system, airworthiness directives, and supplier quality for 55+ suppliers.
• Performs second-eye reviews for final inspection certifications and material certifications.
• Serves as back-up to the Quality Manager and Drug & Alcohol program.
• Drives process improvements addressing inefficiencies and closing audit findings.
• May be required to carry out additional tasks to support department objectives.
